👌Life is easier with sleep. Sleep deprivation can impact mood, decision making and how we feel about ourselves.
🤩Often parents tell me about how at the height of frustration they have tried some approach that was a drastic change abd felt terrible afterwards as it wasnt planned or thought out and was out of desperation.
View sleep as a skill rather than something that you are doing wrong.
Being more unkind to yourself wont help.
