Mindfulness Wales need your help!

Mindfulness Wales' project, Nurturing Mindful Communities, is gathering inspirational examples of mindfulness work that is happening in Wales. These mindfulness stories would be added as blogs into the website. See From Wales | Mindfulness Wales / Meddylgarwch Cymru

This is an opportunity for us to showcase all the wonderful mindfulness work that is going on in Wales, but also to provide helpful opportunities for people in the mindfulness world to see what others are up to, be inspired by them, network and collaborate. Maybe you've tried mindfulness & still feel stressed & anxious? This is because although mindfulness helps us manage these better, it doesn't get rid of them straight away. If we try mindfullness hoping to feel relaxed all the time, we will be disappointed. Also, we don't want to feel too relaxed or it doesn't work...
