The youngest Yogastarr retreater… LOVELY LOLA. What a treat to spend a week with this delight!

A total newbie to yoga - this lovely lady enjoyed every second. Here’s what she’s got to say:

‘It was my first time going on a retreat and, wow how amazing it was. I was the youngest of the group but that didn’t cause any issues at all. I felt so included in absolutely everything!

I had never really tried yoga but Ali helped me to get into it and it definitely worked, I came home feeling so relaxed. I made great bonds with everyone, they are like a second family now and I would definitely go again’’.

‘So, for me as a newbie Yoga babe. I felt very supported and learned a lot in a short space of time. It didn’t matter I had done little or no yoga, the pace was excellent and teaching was clear and accessible.The breathing exercises were explained so well and the time spent in practice was spot on, well organised and also flexible. It was the warmest, friendliest and kindest wellbeing experience I have ever had. Not a Zealot among us. I would recommend anyone with or without Yoga experience to attend.

I went with my wife… we had no marital’s for the week so I’d also say do a retreat with a partner, particularly if you want to build a practice together.

Would I go again 💯 I loved all the participants and how fortunate to meet such a fabulous group of women’.

I have recently returned from my fourth Yogastarr retreat in Gocek Turkey.

The accommodation was first class as was the food served. The location and yoga shala were just beautiful.

Ali’s expertise in yoga is unique and varied . She is able to present in a way adaptable to any level. Her warmth and knowledge enhance a truly magical experience. We enjoyed meditations, a sound bath and massages were available on site.

I left feeling stronger, positive, nurtured and energetic and looking forward to my next retreat with Yogastarr in September.
