Our next grief circle will be in Brecon on Feb 19th. Heather will be facilating it this time as I will be elsewhere, but you're all welcome to come along, be held in Heather's guidance and experience, and share what is real for you from the heart.

The Grief Circle on the 11th December has had to be POSTPONED. Our apologies for this. It is due to the ongoing electricity outage at the Ashram where I am based.
We will be rescheduling it to January, and the actual date will be announced very soon.

As we head deeper into Autumn, a season of letting go, you're welcome again to join Heather and I at our latest grief circle on Wednesday October 30th, 6.30-8.30pm. Welcome as you are, unfiltered, into a space that does not judge, but meets you as you are with a cup of tea and simple practices that help cultivate a shared experience of grief and gratitude.
