Saturday 21st February 2026 Sound Bath in Howey Village Hall, Powys.

Angelis Holistic, based in Llanwrtyd Wells, are holding a Sound Bath on Saturday 21st February 2026, 3pm to 4:30pm in Howey Village Hall.
Cost for the session will be £10 per person.

We will be using Crystal Bowls, Crystal Harp, Handpan Drums, Gong, wind chimes and lots of other instruments through guided meditations.
Light refreshments available to share afterwards.
Bring your own yoga mats and blankets if you prefer but some will be available.
