When you come to Optimum for physio, you'll first be assessed by a Chartered Physiotherapist with many years of training and experience. This involves taking a full history, observing and measuring joints, movements, muscles, sensations, and so much more. It takes a while, but once we have done all this, we will discuss our findings and what our recommendations may be. This may not be what your friend said to come for, or even what you doctor said. We are independent practitioners and will treat you according to what we find, in discussion with you.
We all have different skills and it may even be that you see more than 1 of us. This is to ensure you get the best possible care. 😊
