Due to our transformation from Elderly with Dementia in Lister House to Younger Adults in Robert Allan, we have taken the decision to merge the two Care Inspectorate Registrations into one. The One Registration will be Robert Allan. In line with this change we have also decided to merge the two pages into one and the one will be Robert Allan. This Lister House - Specialist Dementia Care page will therefore be deleted in the coming days and all media will now be posted on our Robert Allan Page.

🖼️📖✨ Show & Tell ✨📖🖼️

Our residents & staff celebrated National Show & Tell Day today by bringing along meaningful items to share with the group & get to know each other a bit better 🥰.

We were also joined by Harley the famous therapy dog who came out of retirement for one day only to spend time with our residents 🐾🐶.

🤩🤩 Moments Of The Month December 2023🤩🤩

December has been very festive 🎄here at Lister House.

From reindeer roulette 🦌, Christmas crafts🎨, our cake off Christmas cake competition 🎂 (well done to mark on winning).

We took trips 🚌out for food 🍽️and the cinema🎥, even squeezed in some Christmas shopping 🛍️.

We had our annual Christmas fayre at lochore minors institute 🏛️which seen a great amount of money 🤑raised for our comfort funds❤️.

The residents had a great time at the Christmas party 🥳dancing🕺💃, singing 🎤and being very merry along with Steph Gilmour who entertained the residents with her amazing voice🥰.

We finished out the month with our pre Hogmanay party 🥳on saturday swinging 🕺and singing 🎤along to Linton Osbourne.

We had a few tears 🥲of joy as Cameron cochrane play us some amazing Scottish 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿songs on the bagpipes.

💕🎄😘All I Want For Christmas Is You 😘🎄💕

Love was in the air this afternoon as our residents enjoyed a 3 course meal with their loved ones🎅🍽️🍷. A massive thanks to our cooks Kim & Elizabeth 👩‍🍳 for preparing this delicious meal and to Ross for providing some live entertainment 🎸🎼.

We hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and all the best for 2024 🥂❄️

Today we had lots of festive fun 🎄

To start off our day we had our Christmas CAKE OFF competition 🍰. Well done to Elizabeth👏, Scott 👏and Mark 👏who made beautiful and delicious Christmas cakes 😋for the event.

Taking home the prize trophy 🏆and their winnings 💰was… 🥁🥁🥁

Mark our manager🥰, well done mark enjoy ur bragging rights until February💪.

We then lead our afternoon with our residents Christmas party🎉🥳, joined by the lovely steph gilmour ❤️providing us with amazing entertainment 🎤that had us all on our toes and dancing the day away 💃🕺

To Everyone it’s a Merry Christmas 🎄and a happy new year 🎊for 2024 from everyone here at lister house 🥰
