🌿A Personal Update From Me at Zen Den Fife 🌿
I wanted to share something honestly and from the heart.
From 1st February 2026, there will be a price increase across all treatments and experiences at Zen Den Fife. This hasn’t been an easy decision, and it’s one I’ve sat with for a long time. Ultimately, it’s a necessary step that allows me to continue offering the bespoke, unique, person-centred treatments here at Zen Den Fife.
Every client who comes through my door is met as an individual. Your session is never “one size fits all” — it’s shaped around you, your needs, your energy, and what your body is asking for in that moment. Aligning my pricing means I can keep showing up fully, unhurried and present, and maintain the high standards of care and attention you trust me with.

💐As a genuine thank you for your continued support, I’ll also be introducing a loyalty scheme — a little way of giving something back to those of you who make your wellbeing a priority with Zen Den Fife.

✨ All appointments booked before 1st February 2026 will be honoured at the current pricing.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to every client who supports my work and my little sanctuary. Your loyalty allows me to continue doing what I love, in the way I believe it should be done — with care, integrity, and genuine connection.💖
