July 2024: “I really want to lose weight, but there’s no point in starting now - I’m going on holiday in 2 weeks”
August 2024: “I still want to lose weight, but I’ll just wait until the schools go back”
September 2024: Maybe it’s time to join, but I’ve got two nights out this month so I’ll wait until next month”
October 2024: “Right this month I’m going to start… but Halloween is coming up so I know there will be loads of sweets. I’ll get that out the way first.”
November 2024: I’m feeling really low, I really really want to lose weight. But I better save my money for Christmas.”
December 2024: “There’s absolutely no point joining in December I’ve got far too many nights out.”
January 2025: “Slimming World will be mobbed just now with it being a brand new year. I’ll just wait until next month.”
February 2025: “I wished I’d joined 6 months ago. If I lost 1.5lb per week I would have been over 3 stones lighter by now.“

Will you lose weight every single week? Maybe! Maybe not! I certainly didn’t! I’m not perfect… I may have fallen off the wagon a few times. But I always kept going. It’s not always easy…. But it’s so worth it!
