Have you ever held back tears when, in fact, they’re exactly what you need in that moment? Sometimes it’s good to talk and sometimes it’s good to cry - rather than making us feel worse, the release of tears helps us regulate and reset. I’ve used tapping to help me get comfortable with crying it out rather than holding it all back (and ending up more deregulated as a result). If this resonates for you, I hope this wee clip helps.
