This Thursday evening 21st March at 7pm is the last (for time being) funded soundbath.
Please come along at 7pm to the Masonic Hall, 76 High Street, lochwinnoch and join is for an evening of meditation and relaxation with the soundbath. It has been a total pleasure doing this though Lochwinnoch Community Development Trust and Winter Connections. And I whole heartedly thank them for making this possible for everyone who has attended with their support.
Booking is essential so please message 07590 349991 to book in. Please bring a mat,blanket and a drink and also a cushion for under your head ❤️

Thank you to everyone who came along tonight. Being part of the Feel Good Festival in Lochwinnoch is a total pleasure and Im very grateful to be part of.it.
Seeing everyone relax and calm was fantastic. ❤️
Next weeks class again is at 7.30pm. The hall will be open from 7.Next week September 14th is a new moon, the last one before the Harvest moon. And we will be taking the time to relax during this energy, to reset, figure out plans and ways to move forward. So please join us.
