Hello everyone! We hope you’re having an amazing bank holiday and are soaking up that gorgeous sunshine 🌞
Join us for some sunshiney sauna vibes from Thursday! We will be at Prestwick from Friday at 4pm including some rare Saturday evening sessions this week! ❤️🔥 Lochwinnoch will be from Thursday to Sunday including some lovely evening sessions on Thursday and Friday! See you at the sauna 🧡🧡🧡

We love a sunset, can’t get enough of them! If you visit our wee secluded haven at Prestwick Beach you can expect plunge pools, cold showers and plenty of cold buckets, as well as the sea, of course! 🤪
We also have changing rooms and hot showers available.
We are open from 5pm every Friday.

Hello! Happy Monday! We have just had the best time at or first SUP and sauna sesh! 😀 Definitely a great thing to ease you into the week. This week we have sessions starting on Wednesday at Lochwinnoch and Friday at Prestwick - hope to see you at the sauna! ❤️🔥

Hi everybody! We hope you have all had a very lovely long weekend! This week we have some different hours to share again, we have introduced a new Wednesday evening slot at Lochwinnoch and we are closed on Friday evening and Saturday for the rowing regatta, so hopefully you can fit a wee session in in our new wee evening session. Prestwick Beach sauna is sticking with the same hours as the sunset hour has been a hit on Friday nights.
Please note our extra info about roadworks in Lochwinnoch - it’s only a very small detour through the village!

🌊 SUP & Sauna Evenings at Lochwinnoch 🔥
All the info you’ve been waiting for for our SUP & Sauna sessions – the ultimate way to unwind, recharge, and feel alive.
📅 Initial Dates: 11 May, 18 May, 1 June, 8 June
⏰ Session Times: 4:00pm – 6:30pm & 5:30pm – 8:00pm (2 sessions)
Each session includes time on the water, followed by a blissful sauna and cold dip experience. Expect good vibes, great company, and a lovely post-sauna glow ✨
These sessions will run on all dates listed above, with more dates potentially added if demand is high (so don’t hang about 👀).
