A new page in our regular update today - we are permanently open at Prestwick Beach for some amazing waves and sauna action!! ❤️🔥
We will also be at Castle Semple in Lochwinnoch as usual (near Glasgow and accessible by train in 20 mins), bringing you the perfect way to relax or get exhilarated by combining sauna with a dip in the loch (now at 10 degrees!), or our plunge pools.
🌿 Whether you’re after midweek calm or a weekend date with your pals, we’ve got you covered.

Hi Prestwick, we are back this weekend!! Lots of hot saunas, cold sea dips and cold plunges on offer! ❤️🔥🌊

As usual we will be based at the Sailing Club and will be bringing our brand new 'big wee wild sauna' with us, and she's gorgeous!! 😍

We will have full access to changing rooms, showers and honesty cafe with the best view in Ayrshire (well we think so!)
