Ready to warm up, chill out and feel amazing? ❤️🔥
This week we’re at Castle Semple in Lochwinnoch (near Glasgow and accessible by train in 20 mins), bringing you the perfect way to relax or get exhilarated by combining sauna with a dip in the loch (which is now nice and chilly) or our plunge pools.

This week we’re bringing our wood-fired mobile sauna to Castle Semple and Prestwick Sailing Club – the perfect way to relax, recharge and (if you’re brave!) dip in the water for that ultimate contrast therapy.

Hello Prestwick!! We filled up already … so we have added extra sauna slots this weekend:
✨ Friday 29th August | 3–5pm now open
✨ Saturday 30th August | 5–8pm now open

As if that wasn’t enough… the lovely Beach Hut Holistic Therapies will be there too, offering Indian head massage and Thai foot massage on the beach. Absolute bliss. 💆‍♀️

PLUS there are still spaces left for our Yoga, Dip & Sauna sessions with on Friday evening at 7.15pm and 8.15pm – a magical combo you don’t want to miss. 🧘‍♀️❄️🔥
