We’re heading into the new year with our normal sauna hours back in place — and we’ve added something special…

🌅 New sunrise sauna sessions at Castle Semple, Lochwinnoch
Early mornings, still water, soft light over the loch and a wood-fired sauna warming up your body and mind. Honestly, they’re gorgeous.

Whether you’re easing back into routine, prioritising self-care, or starting the year feeling strong and calm, our outdoor sauna and cold-water sessions in Scotland are the perfect reset.
