ππ½ Say hello to our Lockerbie Stroll and Strength class.
Our stroll and strength walks are low mobility walks which include a short 20 minute walk and 10-15 minutes of strength and balance exercises.
These walks are suitable for people who walk at a slower pace or perhaps use walking aids. The exercises are important for improving strength, balance, stamina, and flexibility and can help prevent falls. πΆββοΈ
Walking groups are a supportive and welcoming way for you to enjoy the many benefits of being physically active. We have a range of weekly walks available across Dumfries and Galloway and they are FREE to attend. ππ½
