Happy Easter therapy friends!!

Off radar again the last few weeks with family and life needing my attention more than ever.

As always you've been patient and understanding throughout the last few weeks and ongoing so I just want to pop on and thank everyone!
I so appreciate you all 🥰

Iv just had a week off while family stayed, so today iv reset the clinic and its back to work tomorrow!!

I am fully booked this week but look out for cancellations or pop me a message for future availability or check out the book now button which will direct you to Fresha booking 🙂

Back to work tomorrow therapy friends ❤️

It hasn't been my usual Christmas break and I am behind on my admin (never my strongest talent anyways) so please bare with me while I catch up on booking appointments 🙏

I have sent out reminders for this week's bookings and realise i have made a couple of mistakes 🫣 (hopefully rectified now) Please do send me a message if you need confirmation.
I do have a list of messages to respond to, however, if possible pop me a reminder with prefered days and times and I'll do my best to get back to everyone by this weekend ❤️

We are still navigating hospital visits for Craig after a second surgery last week. (He is home and recovering) 😊
I will give as much notice as possible for any changes and will hopefully have more of a routine for physio going forward so I can work around those appointments.

So grateful for everyone's patience so far ❤️
And for all the lovely messages, gifts and cards over Christmas and New year!

All the very best of wishes and love to you all for 2026!!!

2025 has been an eventful year full of ups, downs, hard work and joy.

I go into the new year a little exhausted after Decembers dramas...but newly married 😬 and full of new goals for work, home and family!!!

Firstly is a few days off (and a birthday) before settling back into work next Tuesday 6th.

I look forward to seeing you all in 2026!!! 😍

Last day of work before Christmas break 🎄🎄🎄

What a December so far!!

I keep saying thank you, but I really do mean it.. everyone has been so patient and understanding 💕

I can only apologise to those iv not managed to see before Christmas and i will be in touch after the break. Im back in clinic Sunday 28th (again working around hospital visits) so pop me a reminder then 🤗

❤️Gift vouchers are made up for those ordered and collecting before Christmas. Still time to order !!
Today and Wednesday are good collecting days ☺️
Other arrangements can be made for monday/Tuesday (more hospital visits 🥴)

Hello therapy friends ❤️

Christmas update ahead....

December arrived a bit differently this year with a family emergency.

Craig is on the mend and we're feeling very grateful and lucky now we are through this week,. And thankful for all the support and all your patience 🙏

However, as we navigate the extra appointments, unfortunately im unable to book any further appointments until the new year.

I think iv replied to all messages but if iv missed you please reach out again 🤗

I have this week's appointments sorted, so if iv not been in touch, please don't worry as your appointments are OK.

Next week was already fully booked, however appointments may need altered so i will be in touch as soon as we have updates. I will be working later and longer if i need to so don't panic!!
I dont finish up till Sunday 21st🎄

As always vouchers are available right up till Christmas eve.
**I need as much notice as possible for delivery or postal please 🙏

I know it's a stressful time for planning appointments so i really do appreciate everyone's patience and understanding 🥰

Good morning therapy friends 🧡

Another month started and one of my favourites!!

Partly due to an upcoming trip 😍, but also the fact that everything feels cosy in October! 🧡

I have very limited availability this month so we're looking into November for any evenings or longer treatments.
Diary is open for November and December (both also booking up)

Think heated bed, candlelight and the sound of rain on the roof whilst enjoying a reflexology session!!
The perfect way to prepare for the busy season 👣🎄👣

We're half way through world reflexology week 2025 👣

This week has been a mix of treatments, but your feet are always my favourite!

The autumn is the perfect time to reset on the heated bed with a herbal tea, our gorgeous Neal's yard remedies balms and a quiet session of reflexology £30.00

Ah!!! 🧘‍♀️

I always feel a sense of calm and relief on the 1st of September!

Now we're allowed slower days, time to think, time to sit and watch raindrops and leaves, time to see nature put all the efforts of spring and summer into use.. ready for winter! ❤️

In my case... time for Admin 🫣

Time is so precious and this seems to be the the job i never get to.
As some of you very organised and clever therapy friends will know, I updated your appointments onto the booking system yesterday so you should have your confirmations through till the end of the year! 🤩

I still have a busy few things happening before the year is out, so as always book fast and first to ensure you get the dates and times you want.

And look out for availability posts and some treatment info 🤗

Good morning therapy friends!

❤️ July's diary is in play ❤️

Please remember I'm running on holiday mode for the next 7 weeks, so booking ahead is essential when looking for specific times.
As always, i will be as flexible as possible but i will be off throughout the holidays for breaks (and possibly more renovations 🤔)

Apologies to those unable to book over the last 3 weeks, it's always extremely busy into the end of term and iv tried my best to juggle and slot as many in as possible.
Again please try to book ahead 🙏
