🎉 We Have Our Final Fundraising Total! 🎉

We are absolutely thrilled to share the amazing success of our recent fundraiser held at the Care Home where Westfield's very own care staff member Sarah, and her wonderful mum Grier both bravely took part in “Brave the Shave” to raise money for two very special causes. 💇‍♀️💖

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our friends, families, colleagues, and local community — we raised a fantastic total of £3,388! 🙌👏

This total has been split equally between:
🌿 Westfield Care Home, where the donation of £1,694 will go towards creating a beautiful sensory garden for our residents to enjoy year-round.

🏥 Edinburgh Western General Hospital, where the remaining £1,694 has already been donated to the Oncology Department – Breast Unit and Family Room, supporting patients and their loved ones during incredibly difficult times.

We want to say a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who supported us — through donations, turning up on the day, buying raffle tickets, or just spreading the word. 💞

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, reliable people to our team friendly team, if you pay attention to detail and are a person who has a passion for caring and supporting for people the into the following roles bank, part or full time positions available-

Domestic/kitchen/laundry assistants full & part time £12.25ph. No experience required for this post as full training will be given.

Care Assistants Day & Night Shift positions available £12.60 ph. No experience necessary training will be given, willingness to work towards an SVQ level 2 during employment is essential.

If you are interested in starting out in care with aspirations to progress we will support staff with obtaining the training and qualifications needed.

Paid PVG and training available.

We’re excited to invite you to our joint fundraiser in support of Westfield Care Home and Western General Hospital!
