The tree is up and the excitement is building, as we are officially in December, and counting down till Christmas 🎄 😀 🌟💖

If you are still contemplating any last minute gifts or stocking fillers for your loved ones, then this post is for you!

During the pandemic, I branched out to "The Hedgewitches Cauldron", to manifest a source of income (when my therapies were prohibited), and found out how much I enjoyed creating beautiful gifts that incorporated my love of herbs, essential oils, incense and crystals.

These inexpensive beauties are handmade with lots of love and care, with the herbs coming straight from my own garden!

The jewellery is also lovingly designed between myself and my 9 year old son, who has taken great pleasure in creating smaller gemstones bracelets for children (after all, why should it be just for the adults!)

Prices range from £2 - £10, and can be collected or delivered (at a small fee).

Self care, nurture and gentleness are not just for my female clients.
I also see many men, who want to be able to share their stillness and vulnerability and to be reassured with touch therapy.
Many will come under the guise of a sore muscle/joint or bad posture, or heavy work load.
But also, we unravel some heavy emotional baggage that they are carrying too.
I often wish that it was as easy to share for men, as it seems to be for women.
So I make a point of letting all of my clients know, that it is a safe space on my massage couch, to be completely yourself and show up without needing to put on an emotional mask.
Touch therapy is just one aspect of the holistic treatment I offer.
Energetically, mentally and emotionally, I am creating a container for you to surrender control and heal, too.
No expectation, no pressure and no judgement.
Just compassion, understanding and support.
