Essential oils are very powerful!

As we massage them onto the skin, they get absorbed into your blood stream.

Each oil has different benefits and thats why it is so important to understand what you struggle with first, and which condition you are trying to help.

As an acupuncture student, I also learn that each oil has energetic properties. From that perspective, the same condition might not be treated with the same oil in two different persons, as the root and cause of their symptoms might just not be the same 🦋

I have a new batch of homemade/natural creams and Body/face balms …
They both contain castor oil, sesame oil, coconut oil, rosehip oil, Shea butter, cocoa butter, olive oil, grape seed oil, geranium oil, cedarwood oil and Rosemary.
The creams also have honey and glycerine (vegetal)

- I only have one small cream left (£8: 60ml)
- One big cream 120ml (£14)

- And 3 X 120ml balms: £16 each. (They are extremely rich and hydrating ! Perfect before bed or winter mornings )
