I recently had a powerful insight: true healing begins with commitment. Overcoming unconscious resistance and fully showing up for your own healing journey is the key to unlocking transformation. So, I ask you: Are you ready to untangle your life and step into your potential? This year, I challenge you to commit to your healing, in whatever way feels right for you. Maybe it’s:

After 6 years of doing the traditional method of distant Reiki (connecting energetically without technology) I am now starting to offer a new kind of session via Zoom. This will be available only for Reiki and Cloud Hands healing sessions. This way we can have a direct live connection and you can hear the sounds. I realised that this can feel safer and reassuring, namely when working with people with trauma and makes the session more contained, also gives the receiver the chance to give & receive immediate feedback.

The total session is 1 hour, this includes a brief check-in in the beginning and at the end. Then, you will be invited to lay down and you can switch off your camera for the healing. I will have my eyes closed too for most of it while I connect with your energy. I may guide you in a meditation to help shift the energy or to engage you in some process when necessary, otherwise it is mostly done in silence or with sound if it is a sound healing session. For the ones who might prefer no technology as I have done so far, that is still available as before.

The bluebells are out in my little forest and I am tuning into their medicine, the lilac colour, their beauty, their wispers of new beginnings and new forms of expression, while tending for sorrow and dreams. The new season is becoming more vivid, the trees are blooming and the new leaves are just coming out, with their tender light green. We feel the need for a solar energy, a renewed joy. The light opens and our bodies want to follow, still awakening from the depths, the dampness, the darkness of winter. The hybernation is over, my friends, and the Earth reminds us of that with a festival of colours and Light. Step carefully and lightly.

Opening to the Light, benefits the Soul, the Chi, the body, and it is important to support that Light actively; this can be done in many ways, from encounters with supportive people you love, to walks in nature, healing, dancing, nutritional foods, meditation, a visit to a temple, ask for help, or perhaps a combination of some of these and more. I feel that 'connection' is a key part of this moment too.

Perhaps you can ask yourself:

'How can I open more to my own Light?'
'What can I connect with that feels supportive of my next step?'

My own practices

I am constantly evolving, experimenting, researching, learning, practicing... This month I had a powerful experience with Shamanic healing methods, practiced Japanese Caligraphy, immersed myself in some Mindful photography and Nature connection. I am a practicioner of Jikiden Reiki since 2018, but since January I am studying new Reiki methods, soon will become a reiki master in March. Loving the depth of this healing art and keep going deeper. Meantime I am still integrating and practicing the various methods of energy healing learned in the Advanced Quantum-Touch course that I finished in December. Also developing and practicing Elemental Meditation to start offering group sessions soon. Might need a little help with this, mainly logistics and organizing, if anyone can help, get in touch.
