Here and now

We have everything that we need inside of us. This is a motto of the charity called IHEART that I am a member of.

I recently have completed facilitators training that allows me to deliver 14 weeks of sessions to young people letting them know about their inner psychological system, and how to uncover resilience and wellbeing.

I have recently started the programme at local school but due to COVID-19 I had to stop.

I am keen to offer one to one sessions based on my knowledge of the IHEART , because I know young people need this more than anything right HERE and NOW.
