Most people think it’s all about getting hot and sweaty… but the benefits go way deeper than that.

Here’s what an infrared sauna session actually does for your body:

It’s hard to believe it’s nearly been a whole year since we opened our doors — and what an incredible journey it’s been. 💫
Every visit, every smile, every “I needed that” moment has helped shape who we are today.

At Revitalise Urban Spa, everyone deserves to relax, recharge, and feel amazing — and we’ve made sure our space is truly accessible!

✅ Wheelchair-accessible entrance
✅ Lift straight to our spa level
✅ Disabled-friendly toilets
✅ Accessible saunas (yes, you can get your sweat on too!)

The only part that’s a little tricky? Getting into an ice bath... might require a friendly helping hand (and some bravery 🥶).

We believe wellness should be inclusive — so come as you are, roll in, chill out, and let us take care of the rest.
