It’s a topic that is coming up alot in my sessions…

Lots of women are turning to this rapid weight loss drug designed for those with diabetes.

I’ve listed some of the symptoms and effects above as so many seem blissfully unaware.

I’m no Doctor but I am capable of research and critical thinking, a skill apparently lacking in most these days.

So for what it’s worth my opinion on this drug is that it should only be used in cases your doctor seems fit. Not by ordinary people wanting a quick fix to their bodies, what happened to body positivity? At least we are over the phase of celebrating extreme obesity which in itself brings bad health conditions.

It does seem we have jumped right to the other end of the spectrum now and we all want drugs to get skinny. Ridiculous.

Get off your arse, exercise and eat right. If symptoms are bad seek medical advice as not everyone has the great privilege it is to get outside.

There are many good health professionals who can help you if you are struggling.

Becoming more and more popular as a preference of muscle recovery for a lot of people.

I’m now offering 30 minute stretch therapy sessions in clinic, for the above reasons. There’s lots of benefits to be had and it’s totally non invasive.
