Many people think fat is the enemy — but that’s not true! Your body actually needs fat for energy, and cholesterol helps produce hormones and healthy cells.

The real issue is the kind of fat we eat.

📌GOOD FAT (HDL) — cleans your arteries and protects your heart.

✅ Found in: Avocado, Olive oil, Groundnuts, Fish

📌BAD FAT (LDL) — clogs your arteries and raises your risk of heart problems.
⚠️ Found in: Butter, Reused palm oil, Fried foods

😎My tip? Choose healthy oils and limit reused palm oil, margarine, and deep-fried foods.

Remember — fat isn’t the problem, the wrong kind of fat is!

Cervical cancer is one of the few cancers that can be prevented and detected early — yet it still affects millions of women worldwide. Here’s what every woman (and man) should know:

✅ Cause – Most cases are linked to persistent infection with the Human Papillomavirus (HPV).
✅ Prevention – The HPV vaccine offers strong protection, especially when given early.
✅ Early Detection – Regular Pap smears (cervical screening) can spot abnormal cells before they turn into cancer.
✅ Warning Signs – Unusual vaginal bleeding, pelvic pain, pain during s*x, or unusual discharge should never be ignored.
✅ Healthy Habits – Safe s*xual practices, quitting smoking, and boosting immunity all reduce risk.
