A weekend of retreating in beautiful in the . 3 days of deep emotional work using breathwork, yoga, sound healing, family constellation, and with high vibrational food to support on all levels.
The food I make is therapeutically designed to support both physically and emotionally. Detoxifying food using fresh plant foods, adaptogenic herbs, medicinal mushrooms, spices and a whole lot of love. Its naturally and . A diet high in plants is anti inflammatory, antioxidant rich, high in fibre and also absolutely adequate in protein. Retreat Breakfasts and Lunches were served high raw with some cooked delights and dinners cooked for warmth and easy nourishment on the gut. This way of eating supports detoxification and healing. It’s great for mental health and perfect for a retreat that has emotional work at its core. This was a very special retreat.
