I have been a mobile PT for over 10 years and specialise in strength training, functional and mobility movements, injury rehabilitation and prevention and have seen it all! Rotation - strength - mobility.
Today’s hybrid quickie workout :
1. Swing uppercuts alternating x 20
2. Around the world wood chop lunges alternating x 20
3. Quadrupedal clockwise and anti clockwise hip circles x 20
4. Quadrupedal clockwise with kick back, anti clockwise with kick out leg extensions x 20
5. 90/90 hip hovers into kneeling ankle mobiliser x 10

Keep it simple and quick this . No jumping 3 supersets 3 times through. Set a timer 40 seconds on 20 seconds off = 18 mins and your done (don’t forget to warm up do cool down)
