PRESS UPS - I just can’t get enough ! 😆 (the sound track wasn’t intentional but I have just watched atomic blonde set in 1989 Berlin so forgive me but that pun is unforgivable)

A fun upper body strength workout to spice up your press-ups in honour of 🐍 which is tomorrow!
Set your time for 30-40secs each minimal rest between and as many rounds as your arms can handle!

Does that means it’s ALREADY festive season 🥱 - don’t let this mean you cannot start something new, hit new goals or take up challenges which make you feel healthier, happier and confident. STOP waiting for all the meals, drinks and parties to be over before you decide you need accountability and motivation.
