The latest data is in from the UK’s fertility regulator HFEA and found that the number of women giving birth after fertility treatment in the UK has increased by more than a third in a decade, with the equivalent of one child in every classroom now born because of IVF. It also indicated that egg freezing has risen sharply.

Stress during IVF treatment is normal. And most studies say stress has little effect on fertility and IVF cycles. But managing stress is still beneficial to your wellbeing.

Tips to minimise stress during IVF: Eat to nourish your mind, body and fertility. Nutrition plays a significant role in supporting your body during IVF. Also, one of the best ways to avoid stress eating is to be sure you are regularly eating balanced meals and not skipping meals.
