We love to train and we’re lucky to have so many incredible options on our doorstep. Here are some of our faves: It’s coming, SOON. 6 stations, 50% cardio, 50% strength, and some surprise NUA treats too!

We love the OG studio in West Hollywood (and of course) but for the London crew try for the best runs and for newbies who need motivation.
For low-impact sweats we take versa climbing class. Big climbs, bigger tunes and HUGE doses of PMA in each 45 min session!
