The most significant factor for success is self-talk. Your thoughts not only affect your mood, but as the brain is constantly re-wiring you are continually creating new pathways and physically changing your brain with what you choose to say to yourself.
Are you saying, “this is easy for me because this is going to change my life”, or “this is so hard, I hate doing this…”
Are you saying, “I’m taking control of my health and my body” or “nothing seems to work, why bother…”
