As follows, we are here to provide assistance, not to endure yelling, disrespect, or abuse toward our team members. Our role is to act as your therapist and prepare meals for you and your spouse during the confinement period, but we do not provide services as professional chefs catering to entire families or prepare dishes to the standards of a five-star chef.

Our primary focus is on caring for you during the postnatal healing process, not to act as maids, clean the toilet, or handle tasks such as sending your children to school.

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we are willing to provide a refund. However, please refrain from shouting or disrespecting us. Bullying is unacceptable and a serious offense. We have our rights and will not tolerate being treated as slaves. Thank you for your understanding.
