A powerful case from today’s surgical list.

Our patient traveled from a remote area seeking hope and restoration. She was born with a congenital cleft lip and associated nasal deformity and had previously undergone four nasal surgeries. Unfortunately, these procedures left her with a very small nose, breathing difficulties, and significant facial disfigurement, deeply affecting her confidence and quality of life.

Today, we performed a major reconstructive procedure using rib cartilage harvesting and precise reshaping. The nose was rebuilt to restore facial harmony and the nasal airway was opened to improve breathing.

Our goal is not only aesthetic improvement, but restoring function, confidence, and quality of life. We look forward to seeing her recovery and positive transformation.

A humanitarian surgical case before being a cosmetic one 🩺
Today, we began our first procedure on a patient affected by a war-related injury, with deformity around the right eye, nasal deformity, and a visible scar that impacted both breathing and facial appearance
