Case History:
25 years old male presented with:
• Severe Sciatic Pain
• Foot drop
• Numbness

MRI Scan showed L5-S1 extra foraminal disc.

Keyhole Endoscopic Discectomy was done and the disc was retrieved as single piece.

Patient is pain free with no foot drop and numbness and was discharged 4 hours post surgery.
