requests are at an all time high. With NHS eligibility and waiting lists an obstacle for the vast majority, more people than ever are choosing to fund their own treatment.

This operation has as many, if not more, functional benefits as cosmetic ones. The vast majority of my patients are spurred on by the physical symptoms of large heavy breasts and are thrilled with the improved cosmetic appearance as a bonus. We reduce the volume, the weight, the ar**lar size and lift the breasts into a more youthful position. We also contour the shape using bespoke techniques to enhance the aesthetic result.

This wonderful patient came to us for help to reduce the size of her large heavy breasts. I removed 532grams from the left and 508g from the right breast.
At 4 months post op, she has a lovely natural shape and her scars are already fading extremely well and will continue to do so. Her breasts are lifted, lighter and more in proportion with her frame. We are both delighted with the results :).

As always I am very grateful to our patient for allowing us to use her pre and post op photos.

This case illustrates the application of Aesthetic principles in breast cancer reconstruction and how well the two disciplines compliment each other.

Our patient underwent a left partial mastectomy (quadrantectomy) for breast cancer and an autoaugmentation flap (mastopexy technique, no implant) was used for reconstruction to avoid deformity.

I also performed a right symmetrising uplift using my standard autoaugmentation technique, with a small reduction in volume.

Despite a significant amount of breast tissue removed from the left side, she’s been left with minimal contour irregularities and an overall very aesthetic result.

We wish her all the best in her ongoing treatment.

A big thank you to our wonderful patient for agreeing to share her early post op pictures.

She is extremely athletic and was tired of her out of proportion implants. She requested a breast size similar to Dua Lipa, someone embarrassingly I’d never heard of - I have now!

This was her second set of implants, after a periar**lar mastopexy and insertion through the ni**le of extra high profile 400cc implants. These had been in place for many years and as a result her breast tissue had thinned to such an extent, that it resembled more of a reconstructive operation rather than a cosmetic one.

It was one of the most challenging explantation mastopexies I have performed so far, where I managed to rearrange her entire remaining breast tissue, giving her some projection behind the new ni**le position. Procedure lasted 3.5hrs, overnight stay, no drains.

We are both delighted with her early results and I am very much looking forward to seeing how her scars improves with time.

Incredible DIEP and NI**LE SHARE reconstruction by .

Ni**le shares are rare and done by using the patients natural ni**le to form a new ni**le on a reconstructed breast.

With skilled surgery, this ni**le keeps its original colour and detail, meaning I only needed to match in the ar**la.

Less tattooing will hopefully prevent it flattening in the future 😅

She sought our advice about improving the contour of her ankles and some thigh indentations left from a previous procedure. I performed liposuction to her ankles and lower legs, as well as fat transfer to the hips. She is absolutely delighted with the results and the overall smooth, contoured appearance of her legs.

Ankle and calf liposuction are challenging procedures, but with focus on safety and as always, great attention to detail, the results can be very rewarding.
