What Should I Read?

If you’d like to try reading more often, choose books that are of interest to you. No matter what type of book you choose, simply reading a few pages when you can is what counts.

You’ll probably start to notice a difference in your sleep quality and mood after you get in the reading habit.

Failure is not a step backward; it’s an excellent stepping stone to success. We never learn to move out of our comfort zone if we don’t overcome our fear of failure.

Failing in life helps to build resilience. The more we fail, the more resilient we become. In order to achieve great success, we must know resilience. Because, if we think that we're going to succeed on the first try, or even the first few tries, then we're sure to set ourselves up for a far more painful failure.

We can feel sad at times, just like we feel joy, anger, proud and plenty other emotions. Everyone has feelings and they are constantly changing and part of living.

Negative emotions can be helpful; they can help you see things differently; allow us to speak about how we feel; allow us to acknowledge our feelings and thoughts.

Sadness is an important emotion that can help you adapt, accept, focus, persevere and grow.

Most importantly you can learn to manage your sadness better.
