Keeping ourselves accountable in ALL areas of our lives…⁣
ALL Year round...⁣
Is pretty tough!⠀⁣


Even the best of us are gonna have some areas that we’re lacking in a bit..⁣


If fitness is your weak area, then:⠀⁣
🏆 Get an accountability partner like a (gym buddy) OR⠀ ⁣
🏆 Even better…If you can then hire a coach that will keep you on point…⠀ ⠀ ⠀⁣


As the expression goes..when you pay…you pay attention ;)⠀ ⠀ ⠀⁣



✅ Having A Clear Vision⠀ ⠀ ⠀⁣

Most people just say things like:⠀ ⠀⁣
’Oh I wanna lose weight’ OR ‘I wanna gain muscle’ ⠀ ⠀ ⁣

BUT... You gotta go DEEPER than that! ⠀ ⁣
