🪄 Facial rejuvenation combination 🪄

Swipe ➡️ to see the subtle, yet a fascinating transformation of our patient 4 months after combination of upper eyelid, lower eyelid blepharoplasty, fat injection to face and thread lifting of face and neck.

✅ Upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty: Removal of excessive skin and fat bags from both eyelids.

✅ Fat injection: Fat obtained through low pressure suction from lower abdomen, processed to obtain pure micro-and nano-fat, stem cells isolated. Fat is injected to volume loss areas such as the cheeks and the tear trough deformity. Stem cells are injected to all the face and neck in a mesotherapy fashion for skin texture and quality improvement.

✅ Thread lifting: Permanent silicone threads are placed (3 pairs on each side for the face and 2 pairs on each side for the neck) to achieve lifting of midface, better defined jawline and neck contour.

🏥 Performed under general anesthesia and takes about 4-5 hours. 1 night of hospital stay. 1 week in Istanbul!

⏳ Recovery: Swelling and bruising expected for a week. Final result settles in about 3 months.

💫 Results: Naturally refreshed and contoured face with no over-done look, no scars and very short downtime.

✅ Upper eyelid blepharoplasty: Removal of excessive skin, fat and muscle (as required) for a youthful, refreshed look.

🏥 Typically takes 1 hour under local, sedation or general anesthesia. Does not require hospitalization. Performed in the OR under hospital setting, in Istanbul, Turkey 🇹🇷

⏳ Recovery: Swelling and bruising expected for a couple days. Sutures removed within a week. Final results settle in 3 months and scars are almost invisible.

💫 Results: Very naturally refreshed, youthful and rejuvenated appearance. Improvement of vision expected in severe cases where the eyelid excess obstructs the visual field.
