Honoured to contribute as Course Director for the 13th BOW meeting – an intensive and inspiring two-day keratoplasty and DMEK Wetlab course. With access to over 60 human donor corneas and hundreds of pig eyes, participants had a rare opportunity to practise and master advanced techniques in modern keratoplasty and endothelial surgery, all within a high-level yet informal environment.

A huge thank you to my brilliant course co-director Mr Johnson Neo, and to BOW, Alexander Angelov, Daniela, MTS, our generous sponsors, and the wonderfully engaged attendees who made this course so special.

It was also a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with old friends and make new ones — a reminder of the vibrant and collaborative spirit that drives our field.

This is a course not to be missed for anyone keen to learn and refine all types of modern keratoplasty and endothelial keratoplasty techniques.
