Our Story
Time To Talk psychotherapy and counselling services are nationwide and offer long or short term, one- to-one and group sessions to adults, adolescents, couples, families as well as corporate and business clients. We respect and honor the uniqueness of each individuals’ journey, so we provide a wide range of philosophies and qualifications enabling us to tailor the therapy to suit each clients’ individual needs and beliefs. Time To Talk works within the ethos of equal opportunities and diversity, and we have a wide pool of counsellors and therapists from different geographies, backgrounds, religions, cultures and sexual orientations. At Time To Talk , we believe that psychotherapy and counselling begins a natural healing process that can be an intensely personal and private affair. We nurture an environment and working alliance in which our clients feel free to share whatever emotional, behavioural or personal difficulties they may be facing. This specific environment is created by holding the space, ensuring that our clients feel contained, not judged, supported and comfortable, so that any issue or behaviour can be safely looked at, challenged and ultimately changed.
