Green Door Clinic is very interested in this interface with time shifting availability for treatment so that you and your doctors can give a timely response to your emotional needs. We'll post more about this another time - in the meantime here's an interesting article on the topic

In this time of COVID we have been given the opportunity to spend more time on our personal wellbeing, but social distancing and government regulations have driven a wedge between the supportive exercise groups that can help us to not take things too hard or the constant monitoring that apps push us to achieve more and more without drawing a line. In this article, the advice is to be careful with your mental health while exercising.
