Meet Carlotta, one of the teachers here at Thrive.

Carlotta runs our Power Flow Yoga classes, which are a slightly more dynamic style of yoga designed to help you build strength, mobility, and flow through movement.

Her classes are energising, challenging in a good way, and a great option if you want something a little more active while still focusing on good movement and control.

On Sundays, Carlotta also hosts our Sound Bath Sessions, longer 90-minute sessions designed to help you properly slow down, switch off, and reset after the week.

Think of it as time to:

• relax the nervous system
• release tension
• breathe and unwind
• leave feeling calmer and more grounded

I’ll be running a Back Pain Workshop at Thrive, where we’ll spend 1.5 hours breaking down what actually causes most back pain and what you can do about it.

During the workshop we’ll cover:

• why back pain keeps coming back
• the most common mistakes people make when trying to fix it
• simple exercises to improve mobility and strength
• practical things you can start doing straight away

The goal is to give you clarity and a plan, rather than just hoping the pain goes away.

Because the studio space is small, we’re limiting this workshop to just 12 people, so everyone gets the chance to ask questions and get proper guidance.

This course is designed for people who are completely new to yoga or who want a gentle, structured way to get started.

• the basic foundations of yoga

I’m putting together a Back Pain Workshop at Thrive for people who want to properly understand what’s going on with their back and what they can actually do about it.

This will be a 1.5 hour workshop where we’ll cover things like:

• why back pain keeps coming back
• the biggest mistakes people make when trying to fix it
• what actually helps long term
• simple exercises and strategies you can start using straight away

The goal is to give you clarity and practical tools, rather than just guessing what might help.

Because of the space in the studio, this will be limited to just 12 people max, so everyone gets proper attention and the chance to ask questions.
