Joy is a deeply human experience that transcends momentary pleasure ✨. It’s often described as a state of being rather than a fleeting emotion. It is something that can arise even amid sorrow, uncertainty, or hardship.

I’d like to invite you cultivate joy through intentional practices:
• Gratitude: Actively recognizing what’s good, even in small ways.
• Presence: Joy often lives in the now — a child’s laugh, birdsong, the feel of warm tea in your hands.
• Connection: Shared joy strengthens bonds. It thrives in community, empathy, and love.
• Creativity & play: Making art, dancing, or laughing without reason can awaken joy.

At my clinic today and I was suprised by my sweet client brought a bouquet of flowers to say thank you.
I’m in tears 🥹 it’s honestly such a beautiful and deep honour to journey along side people in their crisis, pain and suffering through to the end. 🌸
Seeing my clients happy, bright, lighter and full of colour will never cease to make my heart swell and it’s the reason why I do what I do. My purpose and my joy. 💖 Blessings all around 🙏🏽
