World meet Elodie Ivy - born on 2nd October - our absolute everything 💜

Until now, it hasn’t felt quite right to share her with anyone else. After everything we went through in NICU and all the uncertainty, we needed that time to hold her close and find our new normal. Coming home without my baby was a kind of pain I don’t think I’ll ever be able to put into words. But she’s brought so much joy and love into our lives, it finally feels like the right moment.

Elodie is 2 months old today, and as a new family of 3 (plus Winnie of course) we truly wouldn’t be where we are today without Rory’s love and support. Watching him grow into the most doting, devoted dad has made every difficult moment worth it. Thank you for everything, and for keeping us safe.

A slightly different holiday to what I'm used to, but wouldn't change a thing! Spending 10 precious days with my family was priceless and very much needed 💜
With my bump growing, I stayed out of the sun, ate all of the food, and took it very easy, so my batteries are feeling slightly more charged as I drift into the 2nd trimester!

Some pretty big life stuff is happening for us right now, and I'd say making the decision to leave London and move to Dublin is up there!

For me, I have a love hate with London, on the one hand, it's where I met my husband, met some amazing friends, went to Uni, trained as a yoga teacher, and on the other hand I've seen some pretty dark times there. But all that said and done it was 100% time to leave for us, to start the next chapter of our lives.

Who knows what the future will hold and what will happen next, but I am very much enjoying making these big adult decisions with you 🫶🏻

I'm baaccckkkk ... And I cannot wait to see you all on Wednesday for a much needed catch up and yoga class from 6.30pm at our usual New Haddo venue in Greenwich 🧘🏼‍♀️

We had the most wonderful Honeymoon of dreams in Thailand, and coming back to reality has been bumpy, especially the jet lag! I had a complete break from all things yoga while we were away and the space was very much needed, but I am looking forward to diving back into teaching and enjoying a few more classes before the Xmas break!

See you all on Wednesday ✌️🌟🇹🇭 oh, and let's hope those radiators are still on high! 🥶

It's World Mental Health Day - which I've kind of only just realised as the day flew away from me in a whirlwind of work busy-ness - which is not good on such a day 🤦🏼‍♀️

Looking back through my FB, I realised I hadn't posted anything "yoga" based for a good few months! I feel like life has been extremely full on for a while and I am very much ready to wave goodbye to the chaos that was Summer and hope with the change of seasons that Autumn brings a much calmer time for me and the people I love 🧡🍂

I'm continuing to teach my weekly Vinyasa Flow in Greenwich at the New Haddo Building - every Wednesday at 6.30pm. I love the little community I've built with this class, seeing you all brings me joy every week.
