Hey all!

Looking for 2 more people to join a NEW Small Group PT session on a Tuesday morning 10.30am, at Spin & Workout, Lee High Road.
It will predominantly be for parents with small babies that they would need to bring with them but please don't hesitate to show interest if this doesn't apply to you.

The fantastic thing about Small Group training is that you get the same attention you would in a 1:1 but with a lovely supportive feel to it. You can bounce off each other, work together and gain confidence as a group...hey, you may even make some new friends along the way!

Hey everyone!

If you're a new parent and are looking for a fitness class suitable for getting back into the body you know and love, or you just want a class you're able to bring your baby along to, then look no further than my 'Tots & Tone' sessions, every Tuesday morning, 10.30am and 11.30am at Spin & Workout, Lee High Road.

With a mix of cardio and resistance training, there's something for everyone! I always like to keep it lighthearted and upbeat whilst also giving you a good workout to start your day with a boost.

Hey everyone!

Hope you're all well and getting back into the swing of the school-run and work.

I have some availability in South East London on Thursday's from October that I would love to fill with anyone hoping for Small Group Personal Training or 1:1 Personal Training.

I offer Parent/Baby Small Group Training, Adult-Only Small Group Training and 1:1 Personal Training, so please drop me a line if any of these are of interest or pass on to anyone that you know might be. Don't forget I also offer online training for anyone who's further away but wants to be doing something programmed by a PT.

I do my sessions at Spin & Workout, Lee High Road, in a lovely, bright studio to help you feel uplifted, motivated and ready to reach your fitness goals.

I train with a positive mindset and always like to make it fun where I can, rather than a scary bootcamp...however, I can also do that if that's what you want :)

Personal training sessions are available in-person or as an online training programme.

1-2-1 in-person classes are tailored to your specific goals. We create a realistic timeline to reach said goals and can book in an appropriate amount of sessions either alongside your usual fitness regime or as your main exercise sessions of the week. Using a mix of resistance, cardio and bodyweight exercises, you can achieve any goal and feel stronger and healthier than ever before.

Online training consists of 12 weeks of coaching tailored to your specific goals. The online nature of the sessions means you can fit them in and around your daily activities and work schedule either from the comfort of your own home or at a gym nearby. Alongside this you get an education in nutrition, a place on my personal training platform where all your programming and information is stored for you to access at any time and weekly check-ins to talk about progress and pointers for the following week.

Tots & Tone classes are your opportunity to do something for you and your own health and fitness whilst also being able to bring your beautiful little ones with you for ease. There will be moments of interaction with your baby during the class to keep them entertained and involved, but you will still feel you’ve done a good workout by the end of the session, as opposed to it being a baby class.

From cardio to resistance to bodyweight training, we will be touching upon all aspects of fitness and, particularly, functional exercises for every day movement and strength.
