Our impressive 2,400 sq ft studio offers a range of services including 1-2-1 personal training, 1-2-1 reformer pilates sessions, and group pilates classes (mat based classes). To get started with 1-2-1 personal training we offer a FREE one hour consultation where we can discuss your individual needs and begin creating a bespoke lifestyle and fitness plan tailored to your needs. Our physical servic

es include two 1,100 square foot training studios (one for pilates and one for personal training) free towel service, and two private toilets and a private shower room for our clients convenience.
