Hello, please read below for the Reception Positions available.

Appleonia is a very busy, one woman practice. We are now 29 years established and hold a clientele of hundreds every month.
All lovely clients, both male, female and trans.

Reception is like the cockpit of the business. The face of the business and is a very important role in welcoming the clients and making them feel at ease.

I am looking for someone to support me in my everyday events. Including all admin jobs. Sterilising equipment and support with the day to day running of the business.

I am looking for part time cover on a Wednesday after 12.00 (can be flexible) until 8.30pm.
Thursday 4 or 4.30 until 8.30pm.
Saturdays 10 - 4.30pm.
Most Saturdays but not all.

There may be opportunity for these hrs to expand in time, as I am looking also to employ another beauty therapist.
This could be covered by one person or two.

I am looking for a keen applicant who can apply themselves across different activities.

One who is proactive and can work alone managing their own time with the tasks required.

Someone personable who is confident in answering the telephone, emails and able to hold very ocassional assertive conversations, ie) to tell customers of charges if they want to cancel within less than 24hrs notice.

I currently use a paper diary, and need help with transitioning into being fully fledged digital.
The software is already running, just not being used to it's maximum potential. An area that the receptionist would become proficient in in time.

I would be happy to offer training to educate you in the processes I use already. I am also open to new knowledge and ideas. Including in marketing.

Pay would reflect experience.
