Is the sore area in your body the root cause of your discomfort?
Pain is like an alarm bell. Your body is letting you know that something isn't quite right.
But what do we make of that alarm?
Do we need to rest that shoulder or strengthen it?
It all depends on how we interpret that sign. And this is what a good health care professional should do.
They should also be able to:
Listen to your unique pain experience.
Look for the cause of your symptoms.
Explain their reasoning in a clear way.
Do you agree?
Tell us about your pain experiences and how you got better. 👇
