A positive way to start the year — prioritising movement, health and long-term wellbeing. I am grateful to all my friends, family, colleagues, students, and patients for a good 2025.
An early walk or run, fresh air and time spent moving are simple but powerful investments in long-term joint and musculoskeletal health. Regular, well-managed activity helps maintain strength, balance, mobility and resilience, while reducing the risk of injury and degenerative change.
In clinical practice, our focus goes beyond treating injury or degeneration. It is about helping people return safely to activity, optimising recovery, and supporting sustainable, pain-free movement over the long term — from acute sports injuries to long term hip and knee conditions.
As 2026 begins, it is a good moment to reset habits, invest in health, and take a proactive approach to musculoskeletal care.
Wishing everyone a healthy, active and successful New Year!
