Vanzee Being My name is Nat van Zee. I coach clients to follow their intuition and align with their purpose so they feel empowered to transform their lives and self-heal.

. In a safe space, I guide clients to let go of stuck emotions and energy, heal inner child, family and ancestral trauma to bring about peace and acceptance. I coach clients to upgrade their mindsets and create new habits to achieve their dreams and goals. The results can be life-changing with clients feeling happier and confident in themselves, which leads to attracting success in both their careers and personal life. My co-creative method of hypnosis and coaching helps clients gain profound self-awareness and uncover the root cause of challenges they might face in life, love, health and career. Helping people feel empowered has always been my mission. For over 20 years I enjoyed a successful career transforming people as a make-up artist in fashion, beauty, music and advertising. Listening to countless personal stories I witnessed that true confidence and self-esteem are the result of an inner journey, which can’t be painted on. My 10-year journey as a well-being educator and facial acupuncturist made me aware that living a non-toxic lifestyle does not guarantee good health, especially when toxic emotions are stuffed down. This deeper understanding of the mind-body-soul connection led me to qualify as a hypnotherapist and coach. I intuitively draw on a range of modalities to best support the positive outcome for my clients. I am passionate about helping clients with challenges ranging from depression, low self-esteem, unexplained feelings and pain, to health and skin conditions. Working at the soul level has profound healing effects on a spectrum of physical, mental and spiritual challenges. “This moment that humanity is living through can be considered a door or a hole. The decision to fall into the hole or go through the door is yours.

If you consume information 24 hours a day, with negative energy, constantly nervous, with pessimism, you will fall into this hole.

But if you take the opportunity to look at yourself, to rethink life and death, to take care of yourself and others, you will go through the door.

Take care of your home, take care of your body. Connect with your spiritual home. When you take care of yourself, you take care of others at the same time.

Do not underestimate the spiritual dimension of this crisis. Adopt the perspective of an eagle that sees everything from above with a broader vision.

There is a social demand in this crisis, but also a spiritual demand. The two go hand in hand. Without the social dimension, we fall into fanaticism. Without the spiritual dimension, we fall into pessimism and futility.
You are prepared to go through this crisis.

Grab your toolbox and use all the tools at your disposal. Learn to resist by the example of the Indian and African peoples: we have been and continue to be exterminated.

* But we never stopped singing, dancing, lighting fires and having joy.

Don’t feel guilty for feeling lucky in these difficult times. Being sad and without energy doesn’t help at all.

* Resilience is resilience through joy!

You have the right to be strong and positive. You have to maintain a beautiful, cheerful and bright posture.

This has nothing to do with alienation (ignorance of the world). It is a strategy of resistance.

When we walk in the door, we have a new view of the world because we have faced our fears and difficulties.

This is what you can do now:

- Serenity in the storm,

- Keep calm, meditate daily,

- Make a habit of encountering the sacred every day.

Demonstrate resilience through art, joy, trust and love.”

Stop scrolling social media, reading and watching the news for a week.

Instead go into nature, dance, move, sing or be creative.

Notice the change.

Question not only what you eat and drink, but also what you feed your mind.

And who you spend time with.

Track what drains you and what and who gives you energy.

It’s really very simple.

The first thing is being aware.

The second is the discipline to act on your insight and change your habit.

Ask yourself why do I do this?

How does it serve me?

You don’t need to live with anxiety.

All you need is the willingness to change what is not working.

Your vagus nerve, also called the “wandering nerve,” is the longest nerve in your body.

It begins at the bottom of your brain stem and travels through your body, touching every major organ, and stopping at your abdomen.

Simply put—it’s the pathway between your brain and your body.

Your vagus nerve is a lot like a thermostat… It automatically kicks on to keep everything in perfect balance. And research has shown that the vagus nerve is vital to many of the crucial, yet delicate, processes in the body, including:

👉🏻Blood sugar
👉🏻Blood pressure
👉🏻Inflammation
👉🏻Free radicals
👉🏻Oxygen levels in your blood
👉🏻Stress and calm inducing chemicals

Think of your vagus nerve as your body’s neurochemical “superhighway”—carrying signals between the brain and your vital organs.

One of the most important of these signals determines whether your body goes on high alert or remains calm.

When you’re stressed or frightened, the vagus nerve signals for your sympathetic nervous system to rev into high gear. Think of it as the gas pedal in a car.

This part of your nervous systems heightens your awareness and prepares your body to go into “fight or flight” mode and chemicals like adrenaline course through your body.

When your body is calm, your parasympathetic (or “rest and digest”) system is dominant.

Think of it as the brake pedal on a car. Achieving this state is ideal as it reduces stress, regulates your blood pressure, and slows your heart rate. It also helps the body focus on healing.

Are you exhausted trying to please others?

Perhaps you struggle to speak up or lead with confidence.

Chances are that despite creating a perfect career, home, relationship or appearance you still feel empty. You may wonder if there is more to life than this.

In our darkest moments, we don’t need solutions or advice. We simply crave the warmth of human connection. A gentle touch, a silent presence – these are the anchors that ground us when life’s storms rage.

Don’t try to fix me. Don’t carry my burden or chase away my shadows. Instead, be the steady hand I can hold as I navigate my inner landscape. Sit with me in the quiet, bearing witness to my struggle without trying to change it.

My pain is my own to feel, my battles my own to fight. But your presence reminds me I’m not alone in this vast, sometimes terrifying world. It whispers that I’m worthy of love, even in my brokenness.

So when the night seems endless and I lose my way, will you simply be there? Not as a savior, but as a companion. Hold my hand until dawn breaks and I find my strength again.
