INTUITIVE + FEEL GOOD MOVEMENT

It’s so often that to be fit, toned, strong and healthy you have to do a high intensive killer workout, but I know this to be wrong as that use to be me.

Low impact, intuitive and feel good movement will strengthen, tone, mobilise, lengthen and connect into you, working through a moving meditation.

Low impact movement will not impact our hormonal balance or spike cortisol in our bodies, like high intensity workouts will.

Honestly, i absolutely love yoga it’s helped bring me so much clarity and feel grounded. It’s good for my body and muscles. Yoga works with your body rather than against it and softens into strength, so you feel great on the inside and out ❀️

New day. New week. Take movement. Take breath. Take strength. Find space.

All and some of the things you will find in your yoga practice. We certainly found it in this mornings session, it was dynamic, it was strong and we fuelled our body with breath.
