Mina Yoga I offer weekly, private and small groups classes

Coming with a background of psychotherapy/counselling my yoga classes are focused on the benefit of the mental state of students. I believe that Yoga can bring us awareness of the body and mind; and more understanding of how to help the body, emotions or patterns of thinking and provides a practical approach to developing a positive state of health.
