We’re almost two weeks into our Total Triage system, thank you for all the feedback we have received so far!

We know it’s a change and may take some getting used to, we are reviewing feedback and making tweaks to the system along the way, but we’re already seeing the benefits:
✅ More patients using our Accurx online triage form
✅ Shorter phone call wait times
✅ Faster, fairer access to care

📞 Can’t complete it online? Call the practice and our reception team will be happy to complete a form for you.

This helps the GP assess your needs and arrange the right care, whether this be an appointment at the practice, signposting to a local service, or a message with advice!

The practice will contact you with an outcome of your request!

to improve access and ensure the right care at the right time.

✅ All appointment requests must be made
via our Accurx Triage Form on our website.

📞 Can’t use the online form?
Call us — a receptionist will help complete it for you.

🗣️ Please note:
Reception staff will ask some brief questions about your health.
This helps the GP assess and arrange the right care for you.

👉 You will be contacted with an appointment after GP triage.
