💠Duties include but not limited to
Get out of bed (with help of a second carer, only half hour visit to assist, sourcing an agency now)
Shower, dress
Breakfast
Exercise bike
Toileting
It’s now about 12pm

Carer can have break or we can go out, whatever is planned
Toileting about 5pm
Carer can have break, whatever is planned.

Toileting about 9pm and get ready for bed
Other carer arrives (half hour to assist)
Hardly ever wake during night

✅Times will be Saturday and Sunday morning 9:30. - 1:30 and then in the evening 7:00pm - 9:00pm.

💠Duties💠
🟣Morning:
✔️Make her bed and ensure the room is tidy.
✔️Shower her and dress her
✔️Tidy the bathroom
✔️Help with preparing her lunch. ( Most if the time the food is already made and might just need warming up. She likes cooking but just needs assistance in the kitchen).
✔️Tidy up her living room and passage.
✔️Go for a walk
✔️Ensuring she does her light exercises
✔️Laundry and ironing- every other week.
🟣Evening:
✔️Make sure her dinner is ready
✔️Shower her and change into pyjamas.
✔️Take out the bins in the evening ready for Sunday collection.
